Am I required to use my insurer’s recommended shop?

No. In Ohio an insurer can suggest a shop, but who repairs your vehicle is your choice. You’re free to bring the car to us, and we’ll work with your coverage just the same — more on our insurance claims page.

Will you handle the insurance claim for me?

Yes. We deal directly with your insurer on the estimate, the supplements and the approvals, and document everything to the manufacturer’s repair procedures — so you’re not the one chasing paperwork while your car is being fixed.

Is the towing actually free, and can I get a rental?

Free local towing is available to qualified customers based on location when we’re handling your repair, and rental vehicles are available so you stay mobile. Mention it when you open your case; the specifics are on our towing and rentals pages.

What areas do you serve?
